This foundation aims to educate the wider community on the use, dangers and consequences that come with using 1080 Baits on wild dogs. Through educating the community we hope people gain motivation and the knowledge that will help them to stand up and fight in the battle against 1080. 

 

Councils often place signs where the 1080 poison is being used and if you see this, you should speak out and urge the council to concentrate its resources on non-lethal/ more inhumane methods. Spreading the word to other residents is also very important and even sharing posts on social media will likely push councils to discontinue the 1080 baiting method.
